Ben Wietharn is a Litigation Associate at Seigfreid Bingham, PC since August 2023, having previously served as a Summer Associate at the same firm in 2022. Academic experience includes an active role at the UMKC Law Review, where Ben held positions as Submissions & Symposia Editor and Staff Member from February 2021 to January 2023. Professional legal exposure includes clerkship as a Law Clerk at Cornerstone Law Firm, a Judicial Internship at the Missouri Court of Appeals, and various internship roles that encompassed talent management, legislative assistance, and customer service, predominantly at Dairy Farmers of America and under U.S. Senator Jerry Moran. Ben Wietharn earned a Doctor of Law - JD from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law between 2020 and 2023 and holds a degree from Kansas State University completed in 2019.
