Jose Cerdán Hernández has a wealth of experience in consultancy and project management. Jose began their career in 2002 as a Senior Consultant at everis, where they specialized in processes, systems, and change management. After five years, they joined AUSEBA as a Senior Consultant, focusing on business, organization, and innovation. In 2009, Jose moved to Deloitte as a Manager Consultant, specializing in strategy and operations. Their most recent role is at Seidor, where they started in 2014. At Seidor, Jose is an Advisor to the CEO, COO, and CIO, as well as the Director of Projects, overseeing digital transformation, strategy, and operations.

Jose Cerdán Hernández has a diverse education history. Jose completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management at EAE Business School from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Operations Management and Supply Chain Management from EADA Business School in 2015 to 2016. In 2007 to 2008, they pursued a Master's degree in Financial Management and Business Accounting at UPF-IDEC. Their undergraduate education consists of a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat Ramon Llull, where they completed an Ingeniero Superior degree from 2000 to 2002, and an Ingeniero Técnico degree from 1997 to 2000, both in the field of telecommunications engineering.
