Artem Kondratev has a diverse work experience, starting with Opera Software where they worked as an IT Procurement Intern from May 2015 to August 2016. Artem then joined Seidat as a Full Stack Developer from June 2016 to March 2021. Afterwards, they became a Partner at Seidat in December 2017 and eventually progressed to become the Head of Software Development in February 2022. Concurrently, they co-founded and worked as the Tech Lead at Kley Studio from August 2021 to September 2022. In April 2021, Artem also joined Nordcloud, an IBM Company, as a Senior Developer, where they worked until February 2022.

Artem Kondratev earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Savonia University of Applied Sciences in the years 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they hold a certification in CCNA Routing and Switching from Cisco.
