Erich Holland has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Erich is currently the Executive Managing Director and Head of Sales & Experience at SEI, where they lead the team and oversees the sales, business development, relationship management, and advisor experience domains of the U.S. advisor business. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Distribution & Engagement and also as the Managing Director of New Advisor Engagement, where they directed a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives to oversee relationship, engagement, and asset growth efforts.
Before joining SEI, Erich worked as a Regional Director and cultivated strategic partnerships with independent wealth management advisors and business owners in Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio. Erich also had experience as a Relationship Manager, providing business consulting services to independent wealth management firms and owners, and as an Account Executive focused on advisor engagement. Additionally, Erich worked as a Business Analyst at SEI Wealth Platform, contributing to the development and implementation of an innovative investment processing platform.
In the earlier stages of their career, Erich gained valuable experience through internships at Evermore Investments, LLC, and Morrland Holdings, Inc. These internships allowed him to gain practical knowledge in the financial industry.
Erich Holland earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance & Strategic Management from Villanova University between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Stetson University from 2006 to 2010, where they dual-majored in Finance and Accounting and minored in Economics. Erich Holland also graduated from Trinity High School in 2006. Erich holds a certification in Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination from FINRA.
