José Manuel Pajuelo Santos is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in project management, technology consulting, and infrastructure governance. Currently serving as Gerente de Infraestructura y Gobierno IT at Seguros RGA since March 2017, José Manuel has also worked as a Senior Technology Consultant since 2009. José Manuel co-founded Compare&Ganhe and held senior management positions at Banco Popular and GNEIS (Grupo Bankinter). With a history of leading multidisciplinary technology projects and a strong focus on results presentation, José Manuel has demonstrated expertise in business intelligence, systems engineering, and strategic development across various organizations. José Manuel holds a PDD from IESE Business School and has managed substantial teams throughout a career that spans over two decades.
