Jennifer Velasco is a Continuous Improvement Coordinator and IT Service Management Lead at Seguritech since May 2023. Previously, Jennifer held multiple roles at MagmaLabs from October 2020 to May 2023, including Hiring Analyst, Executive Assistant to the CEO, and Project Manager Intern. Earlier experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant at Gobierno del Estado de Colima from February 2011 to October 2015. Jennifer's educational background includes a degree from Instituto de Capacitación y Educación Profesional obtained between 2019 and 2022, as well as a certification from Reddin Assessments in December 2022 focused on improving organizational effectiveness.
