Katherine Vorhis has extensive experience in the legal field with a focus on finance, corporate & securities, and energy. Katherine currently holds the position of Deputy General Counsel at Segue Sustainable Infrastructure. Prior to this, Katherine has held various legal positions at companies such as Borrego and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Katherine has also worked at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in corporate and energy law. Additionally, Katherine has experience as a law clerk for The Honorable Edward L. Hogshire and as a summer intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Katherine is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and holds a B.A. in Neuroscience and History from the University of Virginia.
