Frank Dijkstra has extensive experience as a trainer, coach, and advisor across various organizations since 1996. Currently, Frank Dijkstra operates Dijkstra Consult, focusing on team performance and achievement. In addition to guiding Works Councils at ORsucces.nu, Frank Dijkstra serves as the chairman of Stichting Connecting Churches, addressing the needs of migrant Christians in the Netherlands. With a background in training and advising in employee participation at SBI Formaat and Segment Opleidingen, Frank Dijkstra also held leadership roles at Present Houten and the Christelijk Literair Overleg. Furthermore, Frank Dijkstra has previous experience as a sector manager at Arbeidsbureau Utrecht. Educational qualifications include a Drs. degree in Dutch Language and Literature from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, alongside management and marketing certifications.
