Head Of Customer Experience at Segari

Arsyad Amien is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as the Head Of Customer Experience at Segari since August 2020, Arsyad is tasked with redefining the grocery shopping experience. Prior to this role, Arsyad worked at Airy from June 2016 to June 2020, initially as a Contact Center Manager where all customer service operations were established, and later as a Customer Operations Business Process Strategy Manager focused on sustainable customer service improvements. Arsyad began the professional journey at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk, where leadership responsibilities were taken on as the Contact Center Department Head after completion of a management trainee program. The career commenced at Telkom Indonesia as an IT Helpdesk Agent. Arsyad holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Telkom University.
