Martha Main has a diverse work experience in the field of graphic design. Martha is currently working as the Director of Creative Operations at Segal Savad, a role they have held since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Art Director at the same company from February to December 2022. Before joining Segal Savad, Martha co-owned Mainland Studio from February 2016 to December 2022.
Martha's previous roles include working as a Graphic Designer at Nature NYC from December 2014 to December 2016, where they focused on web and branding design for high-end fashion, jewelry, finance, and beauty clients. Martha also worked as a Lead Graphic Designer at Citia - The Card Company from September 2012 to October 2014, where they were responsible for content, web, and experience design for a publishing tool. During this time, they worked with clients such as Snoop Lion, Dan Ariely, Harper Collins, eMusic, and Advertising Week.
Martha started their career as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Condé Nast - Glamour, where they designed marketing and promotional materials, including advertorials, sponsored content, and sales decks, from October to December 2011. Martha also gained experience as a Designer for The Design Guild at the Rhode Island School of Design from September 2009 to June 2010. Additionally, Martha worked as a Graphic Design Intern at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago from June to August 2009.
Martha Main earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design. Martha attended the school from 2006 to 2010.
