Andy Bryant is the current Executive Director at Segal Family Foundation. Prior to this, they worked as a Development Consultant for TechnoServe India from January 2010 to January 2011. In this role, they developed livelihood-related interventions for the Tibetan government-in-exile, Central Tibetan Administration (CTA). Andy also liaised directly with CTA cabinet, including Prime Minister, to ensure intervention and design were appropriate and complementary to CTA’s guiding principles.
From November 2007 to October 2009, Andy served as the Director of Microfinance for Tanzanian Children's Fund. During their time there, they founded a microfinance program to provide business and financial services to underserved Tanzanian entrepreneurs including small business loans, savings accounts, skills training programs, business advisory services, and the facilitation of Savings and Credit Cooperatives (SACCOS).
In October 2009 to December 2009, Andy worked as a Strategic Consultant for Mpona Community HIV/AIDS Initiative. And from November 2006 to May 2007, they were a Strategic Consultant for Senegal EcoVillage Microfinance Fund.
Andy Bryant's educational career began with a Bachelor of Arts in African Andy'story from Princeton University. Andy then went on to earn a Master of Public Administration in International Development from Syracuse University - Maxwell School.
