Axel BARRIERE is an experienced professional in the coffee industry, currently serving as a Barista Formateur at Segafredo Zanetti France since March 2019. Previously, BARRIERE held managerial responsibilities at Illy Caffe from August 2016 to December 2018, after working as a Barista at Illy Lyon from February 2015 to August 2016. BARRIERE began the career as a Barista and Barman at Primavera coffee house from February 2014 to October 2014. Academically, BARRIERE holds a Master's degree in Physique from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 (2011-2013), a Licence in Physique from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne (2008-2011), as well as a national accreditation in Barista from a college Barista school in 2012.
