Tom Rwahama is currently the Country Manager at Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL), overseeing operations in Rwanda. Prior to this, Tom served as the Director of Power Generation, Operations & Maintenance at Rwanda Energy Group and as the Energy Sector Secretariat Coordinator at Rwanda Ministry of Infrastructure (MININFRA). With a background in Mechanical Engineering and additional education in Project Management and International Business, Tom has a strong track record in energy sector coordination, policy development, project management, and regional energy projects coordination.
