Sthembiso Mpanza is an experienced technician specializing in operations and maintenance within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as an O&M Specialist Technician at SolarAfrica Energy since January 2023, Sthembiso previously held the role of Asset Management Technician at 3energy Renewables from July 2021 to January 2023, contributing to the Amakhala Emoyeni Wind Energy Plant. Sthembiso's career began at Karebo Group, where a leadership role as Lead Technician was held from February 2016 to April 2021. Sthembiso holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Mangosuthu University of Technology and obtained a 3-phase wireman’s license from Shukela Training Centre in May 2021.
