Rosa A. García is an accomplished Energy Efficiency and Cooling Specialist at Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL) since June 2021. Previously, Rosa served as a Standardization Project Manager focusing on Circular Economy and Life Cycle Assessment at AFNOR Group from January 2020 to June 2021. Rosa has extensive experience in project evaluation, having worked as a Project Evaluator at the Secretariat of Economy from August 2013 to December 2018 and as an Energy Consultant at both KfW and the World Bank Group in 2014 and 2015-2018, respectively. Rosa held the position of Deputy Director of Energy Transition at Secretaría de Energía from November 2011 to December 2013 and worked as a Financial Advisor at Banco Santander Mexico from August 2008 to January 2011. Rosa A. García holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in International Development from Sciences Po, a Master's in Development Economics from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Specialization in Project Evaluation from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
