Stephan Burghardt has extensive experience in facility management, currently serving as the Head of Facility Management at SEFE Energy GmbH since February 2014, overseeing both SEFE Energy/SEFE Storage and WINGAS/astora. Prior to this role, Stephan worked at Caverion as Teamleiter technischer Service from January 2009 to January 2014 and as an Instandhaltungsingenieur at M+W Zander D.I.B. Facility Management GmbH from October 2007 to December 2008. Educationally, Stephan holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) degree in Versorgungs-/Umwelttechnik from the University of Applied Sciences at Zwickau (October 2003 - October 2007) and completed a Berufsausbildung as an Industriemechaniker at Leinefelder Textilwerk GmbH (September 1997 - February 2001).
