Reginald Nealy has a diverse work experience. Reginald started their career in 2010 as a Supply Specialist in the United States Army, where they worked until 2013. In 2017, they worked as a Staff Accountant at Smith, Carney & Co., P.C. from February to July, and then as a Licensed Insurance Agent at American Income Life Insurance Company from August 2017 to August 2018. In 2018, they joined SEF Energy and held two roles - Accounting Specialist and Human Resources Administrator, starting in April and August respectively.

Reginald Nealy completed their Associate of Arts degree, emphasizing in Ethics, from Mid-America Christian University in the period between 2014 and 2016. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's of Business Administration, specializing in Accounting, and successfully graduated from Mid-America Christian University in 2018.
