Prior to this role, Michele held the position of Chief Member Growth Officer at Coastal Credit Union from August 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included enhancing membership growth and delivering an exceptional personalized experience to support financial well-being. Michele holds a degree from Wingate University.
