Neil Bates FCGI serves as the Managing Director of Seetec Outsource since June 2020, focusing on strategic leadership in skills and workforce training to enhance market presence in key UK sectors. Bates also holds the position of Chairman at The Edge Foundation and serves on the Council of City & Guilds. With a long-standing commitment to education and skills development, Bates has been involved in various roles, including Managing Director at Technical Professional Education Limited and Associate Director for STEM at Seetec. Previously, Bates was the CEO and Principal at Prospects College of Advanced Technology for nearly three decades. Educationally, Bates obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University.
