Najid Pasha has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Najid started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Essel SWolutions Private Limited in 1999 and worked there until 2007. Najid then joined Al Ahli Holding Group as a Technical Consultant for a brief period before moving on to Shell as a Project Consultant. In 2008, they worked as a Project Consultant at AG Convergence. In 2007, they joined Seeroo IT Solutions and served as the Operations - Middle East until 2010. Najid then took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at the same company. Currently, they hold the position of Director Of Operations - GDC INDIA at P Square Solutions starting from November 2018.

Najid Pasha pursued their education at Bharathidasan University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from 1993 to 1996. Najid furthered their studies at the same institution and completed their Master's in Computer Applications from 1996 to 1999.
