Alexia (Ali) Khan currently serves as Chief Counsel at Seequent since March 2024 and has held the position of Board Trustee at Big Brothers Big Sisters Christchurch since July 2018. Previously, Alexia was the Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer at Enable Fibre Broadband from August 2022 to March 2024, and before that, served as Chief Legal and Regulatory Counsel and General Counsel and Company Secretary at Enable Networks Limited from July 2017 to August 2023. Alexia's earlier experience includes General Counsel and Company Secretary roles at SLI Systems from June 2014 to July 2017, and as an Associate at Lane Neave from October 2012 to June 2014, along with a position as Corporate Solicitor at Solid Energy New Zealand Ltd from September 2008 to October 2012. Alexia holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2005 and 1998 respectively. Responsibilities throughout the career include contract drafting, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, strategic assistance, and various legal management tasks.
