Charles Mitchell has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning decades. Charles started their career in 1966 as a Manager at Boise Cascade. Charles then held various leadership roles at Wheelabrator-Frye, including President of Sinclair & Valentine Division and President of Frye Copy Systems, where they played a pivotal role in improving profitability and implementing strategic initiatives.
Later, they served as President and CEO of Alta Acquisition Corporation, where they successfully purchased and divested businesses and established an environmental engineering unit.
In 1990, they became the CEO of Environmental Solutions Inc. and later worked as a General Management Consultant at Deluxe Corporation.
From 1994 to 1998, they were the President and CEO of Automotive Systems International, leading successful acquisitions and achieving significant equity gains.
Charles then joined Manchester Companies as a Principal, where they performed crisis management and successfully restructured the company, resulting in significant financial improvement.
In 2002, they became a Principal at Stonehill Financial LLC and played a crucial role in crisis management and successful buyout of a playground product manufacturer.
From 2004 to 2008, Charles Mitchell served as the President and CEO of MCG, Inc. Motion Control Group, where they focused on improving operations, expanding product lines, and achieving a profitable sale of the company.
Currently, they are the CEO and Chairman of Seeonic, Inc., a company that provides actionable intelligence using fixed RFID readers. Overall, Charles Mitchell has a track record of driving growth, improving operations, and achieving successful outcomes in various industries.
Charles Mitchell earned an MBA in Marketing and Management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 1964 to 1966.
