Martin Michel began their work experience as a Consulting Intern at Connexion in June 2007. Martin then worked as a Sales Intern at Marquis Jet from January 2009 to August 2009. In October 2009, Martin joined Sentient Jet as a Sales Development Associate, and later took on the role of Director of Sales from September 2011 to September 2013. Martin is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales at Sentient Jet.

Martin Michel attended Montgomery High School from 2001 to 2005. It is unknown whether they obtained a degree or pursued a field of study during this time. From 2005 to 2009, they attended UCLA, where they earned a degree in Global Studies.
