Robyn Matthews has worked in various roles since 2006. Robyn began their career at The Transcription Agency as a Digital Client Coordinator, then moved to Ipsos MORI as a Comms & Events Coordinator in 2007. From 2010-2014, they worked at the Royal College of Physicians as a Communications Coordinator and at the BBC in various roles, including Commissions Coordinator, Event Production Coordinator, and EA to Controller of Business, Comedy & Entertainment. In 2017, they joined PwC UK as a Technology Implementation Manager for the Workforce of the Future. In 2020, they began working at Shootsta as an Account Manager, and in 2021 they joined Seenit as a Customer Success.

Robyn Matthews obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Media Studies (Film) from the University of Portsmouth between 2002 and 2006.
