Jean Mangum is currently serving as the Director of Client Success at SeekOut, starting in April 2022. Prior to this role, Jean has held various client success and managerial positions at Indeed.com from May 2016 to April 2022. Jean possesses a strong educational background with an MBA in Food Marketing from Saint Joseph's University and a BA in Psychology with a minor in cognitive neuroscience from Temple University. With extensive experience in client success, training, and onboarding, Jean has also demonstrated exceptional leadership skills as seen in previous roles, such as Interim Director of Enterprise Client Success leading a team to drive results and meet business retention goals.
