Nora Sotomayor is an experienced educator and interpreter specializing in language acquisition and cultural integration. Currently serving as an English Teacher at Global LT since January 2012, Nora instructs diverse students, including adults, teenagers, and children, in English language skills while also teaching Spanish to professionals. Additionally, Nora works as a sitter for children of different ages and has provided Spanish-English interpretation services for Boston University Law students at Greater Boston Legal Services. With a rich history of tutoring English Language Learners (ELL) in various educational settings, including the Dover-Sherborn Regional School District and Somerville Public Schools, Nora brings a comprehensive skill set to language education. Nora holds a Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Medicine from Universidad Central de Venezuela, earned from 1980 to 1991.
