Henare Kapa is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the pulp and paper industry, currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at Seeka Limited since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Site Services Manager and Shift Performance Manager at Norske Skog from June 2016 to January 2023, as well as serving as Environmental Team Leader at Fonterra from July 2013 to February 2016. Henare Kapa has a long tenure at Norske Skog, holding the position of Water & Waste Joint Venture Manager from October 1990 to January 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Geology/Earth Science from The University of Waikato and a Diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology from Auckland University of Technology.
