Rachel Felong Kelter is an associate attorney at Seeger Weiss LLP, specializing in securities litigation since November 2020. Prior experience includes roles as an attorney at Weitz & Luxenberg PC from August 2017 to November 2020, and as an associate at Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP from May 2013 to December 2016, where Rachel focused on prosecuting securities fraud and corporate governance cases on behalf of institutional investors. Earlier career experience includes an associate position at Tyson & Mendes and a judicial externship at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court-Southern District of California. Rachel holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Management Science, with high honors, from UC San Diego.
