Erica Berger is an accomplished director and producer currently developing a documentary on industrial hemp since February 2019. As the proprietor and director of strategy for Berger Realty Group since July 2017, Erica manages an 80-year-old family business that specializes in acquiring and restoring historic properties in Chicago and Southern California, while also focusing on regenerative agriculture. Erica is also an active investor in multiple companies, including KAIBAE, Seed&Spark, Quilt, Tribute, and VNTANA. Additionally, Erica hosts The tbd podcast, where conversations with artists, entrepreneurs, and activists explore navigating uncertainty towards success. Erica's artistic endeavors include the outdoor installation "Avocado Rush" through BergerWorks, highlighting the geopolitics surrounding avocados. Previously, Erica founded Catchpool, a media platform aimed at streamlining content discovery. Erica holds a BA with honors in International Relations and Business from the University of Southern California.
