Daniel Breton is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technology and support services. Serving as IT Manager and previously as Senior Helpdesk Technician at Seedbox Technologies since April 2014, Daniel has developed expertise in managing and supporting IT infrastructures. Prior roles include Technical Support Agent at Vidéotron, Owner of Les Solutions D, Helpdesk Technician at Seedbox Technologies, and various technical roles in companies such as InfoGestion CMA and CIPC Inc., where foundational skills in hardware and customer service were honed. Daniel holds a DEP in Information Technology from École des Métiers de l'Informatique and a DEP in Automotive Mechanics from École des Métiers de l'équipement motorisé de Montréal.
