Troy Mackie possesses extensive experience in the restaurant industry, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as General Manager at Sedona Taphouse since May 2022, Mackie previously held the role of Managing Partner at Outback Steakhouse from April 2019 to May 2022, and also worked as General Manager at Bad Daddy's Burger Bar. Notably, Mackie was a Managing Partner at Outback Steakhouse for a decade from 2007 to 2017, earning Partner of the Year awards in 2009, 2011, 2014, and 2016. Earlier roles include General Manager at Joe's Crab Shack, where Mackie received the Golden Eagle Award in 2005 and 2006, and Opening Unit Manager at Texas Roadhouse, contributing to the launch of six units. Mackie began the career as General Manager at Romano's Macaroni Grill. Educationally, Mackie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University.
