Lozan Yohannes possesses extensive experience in account management and customer care, currently serving as Senior Account Manager for Europe and Asia Pacific at Sedo GmbH since January 2010. Previous roles at Sedo GmbH include Account Manager for Europe/Asia Pacific and International Transfer Specialist. Prior to joining Sedo, Lozan worked in customer care at eOffice from February 2007 to December 2009. Lozan holds a BA Hons degree in Fashion Tech from the University for the Creative Arts, earned between 1998 and 2001.
