Navia Samugam has extensive experience in customer success and business development, currently serving as the APAC Customer Success Manager at Sedna since May 2022, where impressive quarterly targets of 230% and 180% were achieved in Q2 and Q3, respectively. Prior to this role, Navia was with TDCX from January 2019 to April 2022, holding positions as Team Lead and Account Specialist. Experience also includes a Senior Manager role at Genesis Corp Pte Ltd from January 2016 to December 2018, along with a Corporate Trainer position at D’One Pacific Sdn Bhd and an Electrical & Sales Engineer role at Interlsteer (M) Sdn Bhd. Navia holds a Bachelor of Electronic and Communication Engineering from the University of Nottingham, earned between 2008 and 2012.
