Timothy Lauro started their work experience in 2005 as a Claims Representative at Progressive Insurance. In 2010, they joined Sedgwick as a Claims Team Lead - Assistant, responsible for managing a claims team and handling litigated claims. Timothy later moved on to become a Business Development Manager, and currently holds the role of Business Development Director at Sedgwick.

Timothy Lauro attended Albright College from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing.
