Deborah Rodriguez currently serves as the MDS Coordinator at Sedgebrook, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Deborah was the Assistant Director of Nursing at Sedgebrook-Radford Green from August 2014 to August 2023 and held the title of Director of Nursing/Assistant Director of Nursing at Greek American Rehab & Care Center from 2008 to August 2014, focusing on managing the nursing department, conducting clinical evaluations of residents, and overseeing infection control efforts. Deborah began their nursing career as an RN at St Joseph Home for the Elderly from August 1996 to July 2008. Educational qualifications include an Associate in Applied Science in Nursing from William Rainey Harper College and incomplete undergraduate studies in finance at Northern Illinois University.
