Carlos Cabañas Herranz is an experienced graphic designer and typography educator with a strong background in design education. Currently, Carlos serves as a Typography Professor at BAU, Centre Universitari d'Arts i Disseny, and holds positions as a graphic designer at Estudi JJ Bertran, and as a professor and tutor for the Bachelor in Design at LCI Barcelona. Additional teaching roles include Typography and Branding courses at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and previous instruction at Seeway. Carlos has a rich professional history as a graphic designer, having worked at Lateral Branding, Fake Studio, and Estudi Mariona Garcia, with a focus on cultural projects, editorial design, and corporate identity. Carlos has also contributed to the international typography community as a member of the organizing committee for the Congreso Internacional de Tipografía de Valencia. Educational qualifications include a Degree in Design and a Superior Graduate in Graphic Design from BAU.
