Michael Downes has extensive experience in the construction industry, having worked in various managerial roles across several prominent companies. Prior to this position, Michael held the role of Construction Manager at Sir Robert McAlpine from March 2016 to December 2020, and at Lendlease from March 2012 to March 2016. Michael's career in construction began as a Graduate Site Manager at Kier Group, where employment lasted from September 2007 to March 2012.
