Shaily Jha is a professional with extensive experience in strategy and program management, currently serving as a Senior Strategy Associate at Stichting SED Fund since September 2021, having previously held the role of Programme Associate. Prior experience includes positions at the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW), where Shaily worked as a Programme Associate, Research Analyst, and Research Intern from July 2018 to August 2021. An internship at Oxfam India focused on community-based early warning, alongside a UNDP internship, provided foundational experience. Shaily's leadership capabilities were demonstrated as President and Project Head at Enactus Miranda House, and marketing experience was gained as a Marketing Executive at DU BEAT. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from Miranda House.
