Mirco de Almeida Franco has a work history that includes various roles in different companies. In 2013, they worked as a Verkauf Innendienst at Serge Ferrari for a few months. Later that year, they joined OPO Oeschger AG as a Purchasement / Invoice Controlling professional. In 2014, Mirco started working at Alvico Vils AG as a Verkauf Innendienst / Sales Back Office employee, and they remained in that position until 2017. Currently, they are with Securosys, where they started as an Office Manager in 2018 and is currently working as a Sales Associate.

Mirco de Almeida Franco obtained their Bachelor's degree in Geschäfts-/betriebliche Ökonomie - Economics & Politics from the ZHAW School of Management and Law. Mirco pursued this degree from 2017 to 2022.
