Tim Peck is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in threat research and security analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Threat Researcher at Securonix since March 2022, Tim utilizes data from threat research operations to enhance the company's advanced Security Analytics and Threat Detection platform. Prior roles include Senior Security Analytics Consultant and Security Analytics Consultant at LogRhythm, where Tim contributed to ongoing threat research and developed the ThreatBlue service. Tim also held positions at IBM as a Senior Security Threat Analyst, providing incident response for Managed Security Services clients, and earlier roles included Systems Administrator at Boardtronics, Inc., Linux Server Administrator at Verio, and Virus Removal/Troubleshooting at Sento. Tim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Security Risk Analysis from Penn State University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
