Yeli Sidibe has worked in the IT industry since 2009. Yeli started as a Software Engineer at GSMCOM in 2009, then moved to Tribalnets as a Software Developer in 2011. In 2013, they joined Sogeti as a Senior Consultant, and in 2018 they were appointed Integration Architect at Securlinx.

Yeli Sidibe has a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Florida State University.
