Aaron Hughes is an accomplished cybersecurity leader with extensive experience in information security and technology risk management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Albertsons Companies since November 2020, Aaron also holds the position of Group Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at SentinelOne. With a significant military background, Aaron serves as a Colonel and Cyber Operations Officer in the United States Air Force Reserve, advising the Commander of USCYBERCOM. Previous roles include Vice President and Deputy CISO at Capital One, and Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy within the United States Department of Defense. Aaron's strategic insights were also shaped during tenure as Vice President at In-Q-Tel and Manager at PRTM. Educational credentials include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, an MS from The George Washington University, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
