Sidnie Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sidnie started their career at Pacific Sunwear as an Assistant Store Manager, where they assisted with store operations, leadership, and team encouragement. Sidnie then transitioned to Trans World Entertainment as a Senior Assistant Store Manager, where they focused on store operations, scheduling, interviewing, and implementing excellent customer service. Following that, Sidnie joined SecurityMetrics as an IT Operations Manager, leading a team to support and maintain internal systems and operations. Sidnie later took on the role of IT Project and Inventory Manager, managing projects related to internal infrastructure and security. Sidnie also served as an IT Project Manager, identifying plans and resources required for project goals and objectives. In their most recent position at SecurityMetrics, they worked as an IT SaaS Engineer, performing data cleanup in Salesforce, evaluating and resolving errors, and updating operational methods for users and software management. Throughout their roles, Sidnie demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Sidnie Anderson began their education in 2004 when they attended Richfield High School, where they pursued a degree in General Studies. Sidnie completed their high school education in 2008. In 2007, they also attended Snow College for a year, focusing on Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.

In 2009, Sidnie enrolled at Utah Valley University, where they pursued Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Their time at Utah Valley University lasted until 2010, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree.

Currently, Sidnie is expanding their education and professional qualifications through Trailhead by Salesforce, where they are studying Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Sidnie has also obtained additional certifications, including becoming a Salesforce Certified Associate in September 2022 and achieving ITIL Foundation certification from PeopleCert in January 2019.
