Cicely Bradley currently serves as Secretary at the Affordable Housing Management Association of Washington since May 2024. Cicely has extensive experience in property management, holding the position of Regional Property Manager at Security Properties Residential since April 2018. Previous roles include Regional Manager at Cambridge Management, Inc. from July 2016 to April 2018, and Director of Property Management at Spokane Housing Authority from December 2012 to June 2016. Cicely's career began as a Property Manager at goodale & barbieri from 2001 to 2006, followed by a position as Regional Property Manager at Cambridge Management, Inc. from May 2006 to December 2012. Cicely holds an Associate of Arts degree from the Community Colleges of Spokane and is a graduate of Mead High School.
