Josh Forbes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Josh began their career in 1999 as a Security Installation Technician at Dial Security, where they installed security systems for residential and commercial customers. In 2001, they worked as a Roughneck at Helmerich & Payne, where they assisted with unloading supplies and general work on an offshore oil rig. Later that year, they joined Security Equipment, Inc. and progressed through various roles, including Installation Technician and Project Manager, Advanced Integration Group Installation Manager, Advanced Services Group Manager, and Omaha Service Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Strategic Accounts Manager at Security Equipment, Inc.

Josh Forbes attended Oxnard High School from 1995 to 1997. Josh did not receive a degree or major in any specific field during this time. In terms of additional certifications, Josh obtained an Effective Leadership Development certification from Revela in October 2022 and a Dale Carnegie Leadership certification from Dale Carnegie Training in October 2018.
