Cynthia Ward is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in support roles for individuals with special needs and disabilities. Currently serving as a Security Officer at Security Engineers, Inc. since April 2017, Cynthia previously worked as a Consumer Support Specialist and Job Coach at The Arc of Walker County, where responsibilities included care for special needs adults and assistance in their employment journeys. Prior experience also includes serving as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Ridgewood Nursing Home Health, LLC, and as a Child and Adolescent Service Specialist at Adam Bishop Center, focusing on children and adolescents with special needs, particularly those who are autistic or have experienced abuse.
