Jay Ryan has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jay is currently working as a Program Manager for the U.S. Federal Government at Security Compass. In this role, they support cross-functional teams and provides program management for federal government customers.

Earlier in their career, Jay served in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant. Jay held various roles, including Electronic Warfare Team Leader and Special Collections Team Leader.
