Billy Miller is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in stock transfer and corporate services. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Securities Transfer Association and as Head of Stock Transfer at Securitize, Billy Miller is integral to providing innovative transfer agent solutions using blockchain technology. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer of Pacific Stock Transfer Co., which was acquired by Securitize, Billy Miller led a boutique transfer agency catering to private and publicly traded issuers. Additionally, Billy Miller co-founded The MillerSisk Group, focusing on management consulting and support for small businesses. Billy Miller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Tech.
