Robert Subjects has extensive experience in recruitment and market development within the financial services sector. Currently serving as 2nd Vice President of Individual Field Recruitment at Securian Financial Group since November 2010, Robert has previously held the position of Director of Individual Field Recruitment. Prior to Securian, Robert worked at MassMutual Financial Group from August 2007 to August 2010, where responsibilities included Director of Multicultural Market Development and Director of Diversity Recruiting, focusing on multicultural agent recruiting and diversity initiatives. Earlier in the career, Robert was the National Recruiting Manager at Principal Financial Group from 2004 to 2007. Robert holds a degree from Texas A&M University.
