Reda Baydoun, CISSP, is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in data analytics and game development. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Software Developer at Secureworks since March 2022, Reda leads a team in designing the next generation of a data analytics platform for the Contact Center as a Service product. Previously, at GoTo from March 2016 to March 2022, Reda held multiple roles, including Staff Software Development Engineer and Manager of Software Development, focusing on data ingestion pipelines and analytics platforms. Early career experience includes software development roles at EXFO, Frima Studio, and Gameloft, where Reda specialized in designing and optimizing server-side functionality, as well as programming for various gaming platforms. Reda holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
